Dr. Rachel Hack
Dr. Hack has been in the veterinary field for over 20 years. She started as an assistant, went to school to be a certified technician, and finally went to veterinary school. Her passion for animals started when she was young when her parents got her every animal that most people would be afraid of (rats, tarantulas, etc). Her favorite surgery is a gastropexy, where the stomach is attached to the abdominal wall to prevent bloat, or twisting of the stomach. In her free time she does dog sports with her large number of dogs (number likely to change without notice). She does everything from agility to bitesports with her Malinois and Beauceron. When not hanging out with her dogs, cats, macaw, or tortoise, Dr. Hack enjoys board games and reading sci-fi and fantasy.
